These terms govern your use of this website and of the text messaging program operated by Skin Savvy Medical Spa.
Text messaging program
Program description
Skin Savvy Medical Spa operates a text messaging program used to respond to enquiries, to book, confirm, change and remind you about appointments, and to send information and offers about our services to people who have asked to receive them.
How you join
You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages. You can do this in person at one of our locations, over the phone, or on an intake or booking form. We do not add anyone to the program who has not agreed to it, and we do not buy or rent phone numbers.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not a condition of receiving care.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop sending them. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent.
You may also opt out by any other reasonable method, including by calling us, or telling a member of our team in person. We honour every opt-out request promptly, and in all cases within 10 business days, across every channel.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers
Message delivery is supported on major US wireless carriers. Availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Privacy
Information collected through the messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Automated and AI assisted messages
Some messages in this program are sent by an automated system, and some conversations are handled by an AI assistant. Where that is the case, the assistant identifies itself as such. An AI assistant does not provide medical advice, does not hold clinical credentials, and does not act as a licensed provider. Any clinical question is answered by a member of our team.

Appointments
